If you no longer wish to use NetraNext, you can permanently request the deletion of your account and associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1: Delete Your Account from the App (Recommended)

If the feature is available in your version of the app:

1. Open the NetraNext application.
2. Log in using your registered account.
3. Navigate to Profile or Settings.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Review the information displayed.
6. Confirm your request.

Your account deletion request will be submitted immediately.

Option 2: Request Account Deletion via Email

If you are unable to access the application, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team.

1. Registered Name

5. Organization Name (if applicable)

Our team may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted?

Once your request has been verified and processed:
The following information will be permanently deleted:

• User profile information
• Login credentials
• Personal account details
• Saved preferences
• Device associations
• Notification settings
• User-generated data stored within the application

After deletion, your account cannot be restored.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required for:

1. Legal compliance
2. Regulatory obligations
3. Security investigations
4. Fraud prevention
5. Audit requirements

Any retained information will only be kept for the period required by applicable laws and will not be used for marketing purposes.

• Account deletion requests are generally processed within 7–30 business days after successful identity verification.
• You will receive a confirmation once the deletion process has been completed.
